The simple answer is YES! Do you want your party to have high energy? Great flow? Have all your guests entertained? Do you want your child to shine and feel comfortable in the spotlight? Many people don’t think about hiring party motivators until late in the game, or they may overlook them entirely. Here’s why you should not make that mistake:

Dance Motivators Make the Party

Imagine a Bar or Bat Mitzvah party without infectious energy, smiles, or even worse–the Bar Mitzvah boy or Bat Mitzvah girl feels awkward and doesn’t know what to do on the dance floor. Maybe your guests are wanting to dance but need someone to follow. Cue the dance motivators! They’ll take care of all of that.

Money Well-Spent

Your Bar/Bat Mitzvah planning checklist is long, and knowing what to include and how much to budget for each item can be a difficult task. Let me tell you, it has happened more times than not that a client warily decides to throw in a dancer at the last minute, and they are SO glad they did! Most families will tell you that the best spent money was on entertainment, so budgeting for a dancer or two (depending on the size of the party) is something you won’t regret.

More Crew, Less Stress for You!

You’ve made it to the day and already have enough on your head. Once you are ready to party, you can let go knowing you can rely on a trusty crew to keep things moving and grooving. Whether it’s managing the flow of activities, running games, distributing prizes, or making sure the guest of honor gets lifted in the chair, they ensure everyone knows what to do at all times. Just follow their lead! Generally, two dance motivators will round out your crew nicely (alongside a DJ & MC).

But Aren’t They Intimidating?

They might look great and have all the cool moves, but the role of a dancer is not to intimidate, it’s to motivate! Whether your child is outgoing or shy, a good dance motivator will know how to make him or her feel confident and celebrated. They’re also skilled at reading the room. They know how to adapt and interact with guests of all ages, whether it’s a young child or a grandparent. Party motivators are approachable and have great energy–after all, they’re there to bring the fun!
